2. About Us
Educate the World Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization in the state of Florida, USA. All proceeds from the sale of items on this Site go directly towards funding our charitable programs and mission.
3. Purchases and Donations
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
- Payment: We use a secure third-party payment processor. All payment information is handled by them and is subject to their terms and privacy policy.
- Charitable Contributions: The portion of your payment that exceeds the fair market value of the item you receive may be tax-deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor for details. We will provide a receipt for your records.
4. No Refunds and No Returns Policy
All sales are final. Due to the charitable nature of our organization and to ensure the maximum amount of funds go directly to our cause, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns for any items purchased, except in the case of a manufacturing defect (see below).
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@educatetheworldinc.org. Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged or defective item. We will, at our sole discretion, replace the item if available.
5. Customer Responsibility: Shipping Address & Email
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address and a valid, active email address at the time of purchase.
- Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses: We are not responsible for orders lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipment will require a new payment for shipping and handling.
- Email Address: Your email is essential for receiving order confirmation and shipping tracking information. We are not responsible for missed communications or tracking updates if an invalid email is provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Educate the World Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
