1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your shipping destination. We typically ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Educate the World Inc.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
5. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment will require a new payment for shipping and handling.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Educate the World Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office and/or police department if you suspect a package has been stolen from your property.
